Note the gobbledygook. Commie-speak. Which our very own John Lee is learning like a good servant from Zheng Yanxiong. It’s like — as if — in the days of the Governor, there was another boss here, representing the ruling party. It’s like on the mainland where every factory manager is shadowed and one-upped by the Party Secretary. 

At least they mention “One Country Two Systems” and “Hong Kong people running Hong Kong”.
