Good analysis. Much silliness remains in Covid rules, including mandated masking everywhere, indoors and outdoors. The only such place in the world. Hong Kong saying maybe we have to do it all over again for any other pathogen. No, thanks.

During Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu’s New Year’s address, he said he welcomed the return of people who had left the city because of Covid-19 and other reasons.
