The Beginning of the End of the Two-State Solution?

I think Trump is all about pushing the boundaries. Not that he literally plans the United States should go in and literally take over Gaza. But that he shakes the box, enough to get others to think outside it.

What about a new plan, guys? Isn't 75 years of hitting your heads against the same wall enough??

Hence my “The Beginning of the End”, which is reference to Churchill’s famous speech, talking about the Battle of Britain and the war against the Nazis “This may not be the End, it may not be the End of the Beginning; but it may be the Beginning of the End”.

Thus, from the Times of Israel: Trump’s Gaza plan won’t happen, but it could certainly shake up the region:

Moving Gazans to Arab countries won’t work, but neither will ending the war with Hamas the strongest force in Gaza. New ideas are needed, and this might spark more viable solutions

Something about Trump: he does have new ideas. He floats them. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don't, but lead to new discussions. Think Greenland, think Panama. And now Gaza. We can't deny that new ideas are needed. And we can't deny his comment that things have been going wrong here for a century. Time for new ideas. Don't like the idea of the US coming into Gaza? Very well: what idea do you have?
