Carolla & Co discuss rebuilding Malibu along the Pacific Coast Highway

Adam Carolla yet again urging that power lines and sewage lines be put underground when Malibu along the PCH is rebuilt.

My guess is it won't happen. Coz Karen Bass, the Mayor, is useless.

I hope I'm proved wrong. LA needs some Common Sense.
