Ben Shapiro: Love him (some on the Right) or hate him (all on the Left) he is super smart, top of his class at Harvard Law and a constitutional scholar. 

He gives a good analysis above, on the weaponisation of the Justice Department, going after Trump, and now after Elon Musk. For clearly political purposes.

The weaponisation is an issue on both Left and Right. Happens now to be the Left after Trump and Musk, but the Right is calling for the same.

Shapiro says it’s very dangerous and we must try to pull back from it. Otherwise, the only legitimacy is when your own people are in power. You no longer trust the Justice system, the police, schools, if it’s not your party in power. 

I agree, scary stuff.
