Hiking the Lantau Trail, Hong Kong

We live on Lantau Island -- Discovery Bay -- and have walked these trails many times. This young man from Brooklyn, NY, Kraig Adams, makes a good show of the video, including food, drink, hotels, along the way. 

We all love it, don't we, when a stranger comes to our home and says nice things about it...

ADDED: I find he's also done the MacLehose Trail, which I've also done several times. I did the Oxfam Trailwalker competition in 2002, 100 km as fast as you can, leading a team from the company I owned at the time, Wall Street Institute. The Wall St Walkers.. yay! We finished, all four, in 32 hours. Not a great time, as the fastest are around 12 hours, but finishing was a thing, and I remember every step to this day. It's a wonderful walk, though in the middle of the night I started hallucinating from exhaustion.
