Trump in Tel Aviv. All live hostages released!

Larry O'Connor above video, talks warmly and movingly about this historic deal and the hostages being returned. I didn't dare to hope that they would actually come back until they did. A measure of the amount of pressure brought on Hamas by the surrounding Arab states, one presumes, whipped by Donald Trump

That's the best news. That all the live hostages held by Hamas for over two years are now released. Including Evyatar David, the skeletal hostage last seen being forced by Hamas to dig his own grave, in an image Hamas posted internationally and proudly. An image, by the way, that was used by the horrid doom goblin Greta Thunberg, as a publicity poster to how Israel was mistreating Gazans, starving them! Till the pushback, that this was not a Gazan but an Israeli, being held and maltreated by Hamas. Which got no acknowledgement, let alone apology from the Self-righteous Small Swede.

Back to the Peace Deal: it was remarkable just how much kudos and warm thanks president Trump got from the Israelis. From the Knesset, bi-partisan and from the people waiting patiently in the Hostage Square for their loved ones to come home.

And on the beach a huge installation, thanking Trump, specifically. He got more welcome and thanks and gratitude than even poor old Bibi Netanyahu, who's been stalwart and one I've consistently supported on these pages since the beginning of the war. He's not appreciated enough in Israel. I suspect he's more popular internationally than he is within his own country.
Will Hamas break the Peace? I suspect so. They can't be trusted. But there's this. If they do, then Israel can go in and hit them harder than ever, now that there's not the live hostages to worry about.
