For anyone interested in the gender wars -- and they’re being waged, with rage, in all the English-speaking world, at least, part of the Woke agenda -- then the video above, Megan Phelps-Roper talking to Chris Williamson and the related podcast by Megan is good research. 

Megan was herself a member of a cult, the Westboro Baptist Church. It took her a lot, and the loss of most of her family and friends, to get out of that cult. There are cults now. Those who see Rowling as a witch. And those who fight against those that see Rowling as a witch. Which witch do you think you are? 

Long talk and even longer podcast, but deep and meaningful. And balanced and a good fair take on the complex issues. 

ADDED: at one point (~32:30) Megan says the two sides are: one believes that it’s all about Empathy. The other believes it’s all about Reality. Me, I’m on the reality side. Not to say can’t emphasise. But if I have to pick a side, it’s the side of reality.
