I look, I shudder... I think, "Oh dear".... WTF happened??

And, so I convert myself into my Chinese self, my alter ego, amongst the flowers, eating my noodles. 

ADDED: The Jardin de Jade is Michelin-starred. Or is it just Michelin "noted". In any case, it's been there for at least thirty years, as I used to go to it when I was in the Australian Consulate General across the road, 1990-95. It's wonderful food. 

ADDED (2): My old mate Oz, from photo at top -- the bearded dude in the hat -- sends a surpriese photo of himself sipping una birra, in San Nicola Arcella, down near the bottom of the boot of Italy. It's a long way from their home in the Alpine mountains of Australia...
