This is in the capital of Namibia, Windhoek, in 2011. I'm at the local classic car club, next to a MkII Jaguar.
This was on our 2011 trip, from Cape Town to Cairo, with about a dozen classic (aka old) cars. We went up the west coast of Africa, then across the middle via Botswana and Zambia, to the east coast, up Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt.
