Calligraphy practice: Huai Su

My calligraphy after the style of Huai Su, done with Brush Pen on rice paper
Huai Su was a buddhist monk and calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty.

The above is the beginning of his "Thousand character essay in Grass Script". (草书千子文, Cao Shu Qian Zi Wen).

I don't know of a translation (and haven't really looked), so I may get around to doing one myself...

The writing is mine, using a Japanese brush pen

ADDED: I get very favourable comments on the calligraphy on someone usually a fierce critic: my wife. She herself an accomplished artist with a very fine hand at calligraphy. So that means something.
