Back to school. With Covid “anti-pandemic caps”, masks, temperature checks and daily tests. This is the way to bring up fearful children. Already 70% of Hong Kong children are afraid to meet people without a mask. I’m tempted to call this child cruelty. There are studies show this over-the-top stuff is harmful to students. Safetyist: “But if it saves
