“One Country Two Systems” to stay

This is significant. And good news. It’s the lynchpin for Hong Kong. And despite the National Security Law, under which we’ve had dozens, hundreds, of arrests for the 2019 riots, Hong Kong has largely been running itself, as has been the case since 1997.
