Joseph Borrell, Europe’s Foreign Minister, says the quiet part out loud:
Europe has relied on the United States for security, on Russia for energy and in China for market supply and demand. None of those exist any more.
Woah! Is the the end of Europe? Or will they manage to evolve past those three critical needs?
