In favour: Article 23 is required under the Basic Law.
Against: vague definitions might catch us — “human rights and arts”? “Incite hatred against … government”? Could my own blog, this blog be caught up crossing some ill-defined “red line”? Given I’m often critical.
By the way, we were part of the half million marching back in 2003 against the draft Article 23. In retrospect had it been passed then, perhaps the rioting, the throwing of petrol bombs, may not have happened. As Chris Tamg says.
