Educators and speakers in the West have been confronted by a growing number of Chinese students over discussions on China-related topics that do not fit China's official narrative.
To avoid upsetting the nationalistic sentiments of some in their Chinese audience, more and more foreign schools, publishers and commercial companies are choosing to self-censor.
