In my view, Elon is more than just a smart guy. Not even a once in a century genius. But a once in a millenium mix of genius on a number of levels: engineering, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, global -- nay interstellar! -- reach. He's right up there with Leonardo Da Vinci, imo.
Marc Andreessen knows Elon very well from their early days together in Paypal and is invested with him in Tesla, SpaceX and X. He really knows the guy and speaks so well about him and about life and philosophy and big questions of politics and how we organise ourselves. Like so many other super smart guys, he speaks really fast, so you have to be on your toes to keep up.
The vid is posted by Farzad, who's a Tesla bull, and worked with Tesla for four or so years.
I've been reading the book Andreessen recommended: The Machiavellians, by James Burnham. Illuminating and kinda cute with it's almost oldy-worldy writing, from the 1940s, originally.

ADDED: Marc is super interesting when it comes to how it is that Elon can run a number of major companies, and still take on more work, like with the government's DOGE. Basically he only goes into the company to hear about the major bottlenecks, so that he can fix them. He does this once a week at all his companies. So, by the end of the year, each one has had Musk's attention to 52 major problems, which he has solved. (he solves problems). What's coming along with DOGE, according to Andreessen, is going to be mind-blowing. Which will be something, cause the speed of early Trump has been itself mind-blowing.
