Yassar Arafat, Mr Lubra Lips, could always be counted on to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. A man who couldn't take "yes" for an answer. The man who agreed to Bill Clinton's plan to give the Arabs 98% of what they wanted, which Israel had accepted, which would have given him the "Two State solution", but which he rejected because of threats from his violent wing, then launched the first intifada, aka the indiscriminate killing of civilians.
That's the man that also had a portfolio of $1 billion, according to 60 Minutes. What happened to it? Just more disappeared aid, like in Gaza?
