Adam Carolla is king of the analogies. He's good at it, and they're useful, even if the late great Scott Adams used to say that analogies are "not argument". Maybe not, but they help clarify.
In the rant above, which I posted to start at 15:15, Adam really does a good job of clarifying the problem in the Middle East. It's not that Israel is "doing bad things" to the "Palestinians", but that the Palestinians are not keeping their own house in order. They're obsessed with wiping Israel off the map, and with killing Jews. Instead of getting their own house in order.
As Golda Meir said: "If the Islamist lay down their arms there will be peace; if Israel lays down its arms, it will be exterminated".
The Islamists living in the west? They want you dead. True 'dat. They say it over and over, no longer making any pretence at hiding their aims, for they feel the west, places like the U.K. and Europe are already submissive enough. ("Islam" meaning "Submission")
