“Subdivided units” are a uniquely (perhaps) Hong Kong thing. Already small apartments, 30 to 80 sq. m. (300-800 sq ft) are subdivided into tiny units maybe 10 sq m. TBF I don’t know how it’s even legal. I’ve been to a couple and I wouldn’t want our dog, Basil, to live there. They are for the poorest in our city.
