Food security becoming an issue: almost all our food is imported. Half of airfreight was in bellies of passenger planes. Cathay Pacific flights down 99.4%, with the obvious result. For now it’s just flour we’re short of. How long before more basics are in short supply? Why can’t passenger planes be quickly converted to freight, I wonder?

I think I’m becoming a ‘Covid Denier’. Ease lockdowns, get the economy working again, increase ICU beds, accept higher death rates… that’s ‘CoviDenial’. Lockdowns have brought vast vast shattering of lives. Young lives.
