Fabulous Pizza

 

My made up pizza. Italians would say it’s too complicated. And that’s true. Usually I stay with simple. But sometimes you have some stuff needs using. And that’s why the Neapolitans invented it I the first place; to use up leftovers.

Above, just out of the oven: sundried tomatoes, black olives, salami, on mozzarella slices, on a bed of tomato ragù from mixed cherry tomatoes, on home-made sourdough pizza crust. 8 minutes in a very hot oven. Result: yummy!
